Send your catalog to the selling platform. Export is where the work you did in the Hub turns into files you can upload: a catalog CSV built for your platform, the complete image set, and the HERO image from every lot for your advertising.
Export runs inside the Hub, as the last stage of Create, Input, Review, Export. There is nothing extra to buy or set up.
Everything below comes out of the Hub when a catalog is finished. Pick your platform, then take the files you need.
Choose your platform and download the catalog. Hub carries a built-in profile for HiBid and AuctionFlex, BidWrangler, Wavebid, Invaluable and LiveAuctioneers, Auctionology and iCollector, AuctionWorx, and MaxSold.
The CSV holds seven columns: lot number, title, description, quantity, low estimate, high estimate, and consignor. The column headings are set to match each platform's bulk upload template.
Download the first image from every lot as its own ZIP, independently of the complete catalog image set. That is the practical value: you get one ready group of lead auction images for advertising, email blasts, social posts, and flyers, without pulling them out of the full set by hand.
Every promotion you run needs one strong image per lot. This is that set, in one download.
The HERO download includes a manifest CSV pairing each lot number with the address of the HERO image in that set, so the whole thing can be handed to whoever builds the ad without anyone matching files to lots by eye.
Download every committed image for the auction in one ZIP, in lot order and position order, with each file named by its lot and position so the set stays in sequence wherever it lands.
Download a CSV of the hosted address for every catalog image, for platforms and workflows that take image links rather than uploaded files.
Before a HiBid catalog CSV downloads, Hub blocks the export if any lot has no image, and lists the exact lot numbers to fix. That missing-image check is the pre-export validation Hub performs today.
Hub does not currently check titles, descriptions, character limits, or other per-platform field rules, and the missing-image check does not run on the other six export profiles. Image files are not carried inside the catalog CSV. Images come from the three image downloads above.
You do not open Export as a separate tool. You finish a catalog in the Hub, and Export is how it leaves.
